I have been a lover of vision boards long before I became a Feng Shui consultant. I loved the space it made for my creativity. I loved how it challenged me to think bigger in terms of my goals. And I loved how it was a visual tool to help with my manifesting practice. But something was missing. Every time I looked up at this collage that I made, all I saw was chaos: colors clashing and photos filling every single area of space on the bristol board. Instead of seeing a representation of what I deeply desired in life, I saw the exact opposite – a disorganized life. This is when I learned about implementing the principles of Feng Shui into your vision board to get the best of both worlds. Today, I will be showing you how a Feng Shui Vision board is better than a traditional vision board, elevating your practice and changing your life.
What is a Vision Board?
Just to summarize for those who are unsure what this magic tool is, a vision board is a representation of what you want to manifest or attract into your life. Your vision board can be done virtually or in-person. It contains picture, phrases, words, and/or affirmations representing what you desire. The purpose of this tool is to be a visual representation of what you want so that you are consciously focusing on your intention and working towards your goals.
Comparison Between the Two Types of Boards
I know that it might seem a little bit biased for me, a professional Feng Shui consultant, to talk about why a Feng Shui vision board is better than a traditional vision board. But I am sharing this because I know about the tremendous difference it has made when I switched strategies. I became more organized, more focused on my goals, and it helped improve my visualization skills by being more specific.
